“We have lived in NorthGrove since August 2017. The experience living in NorthGrove has been very positive. We were looking for a friendly neighborhood with a focus on families and opportunities for the kids to grow with friends. The amenity center (The Retreat) is one of our favorite places to meet neighbors, whether for NorthGrove planned events or to just hanging out and enjoy time with friends. The location of the community was also appealing because it has that country living feel, with open spaces, but close to everything we need in a short drive.”
“We have lived in our new Toll Brothers home since September 2018. When we moved from the Fort Worth area a few years ago we looked at purchasing a Toll Brothers home. We really liked their base designs and the quality of the product they deliver. Our favorite memory in our new home so far has been countless family movie nights in our media room. We have a very nice community center, gym, and pool to enjoy various activities and are regular participants in the Saturday morning walking club. This community has a good location to get into Tomball, Kuykendahl shops, Egypt restaurants, or going into The Woodlands.”
“We have lived in our new home since October 2017 and so far I would describe NorthGrove as family oriented and comfortable. The location of this community has such an openness – yet we are still close to the city. Some of our favorite things about the community is being at home with the family and at The Retreat – meeting new people and having a good time socializing. One of my favorite resident events personally is karaoke night, such a variety of characters!”
