Our convenient location is minutes from The Woodlands, the newest 385-acre ExxonMobil Campus, Baker Hughes Campus, the new Tomball Business and Technology Park, and major transportation corridors including the Grand Parkway.
Traveling North from SH 249: Exit FM 2920 and turn right to go East for 1.4 miles to FM 2978. Turn left onto FM 2978 and proceed for 3.2 miles to NorthGrove Parkway. Turn right on NorthGrove Parkway and proceed for 0.1 mile and continue straight through the roundabout and once you get to the first stop sign on Burdekin Road continue going straight and the new model homes will be towards the back of the community (Ashton Woods, Chesmar Homes, Perry Homes, and Westin Homes). To get to the Toll Brothers model homes you will make the first right on Burdekin Road and the models will be on the right across from the amenity center.
